Medical startup Innovision hired The Danse to create a medically accurate and visually stunning animation showcasing how their revolutionary channeled orthopedic screws aid in injecting bone paste into bone fractures to help faster and stronger healing. Animation also featured the steps necessary in fracture reduction, approach and preparing for the injection.
Casemate hired The Danse to create an impactful realistic animation of their protective cover that applies to iPhones.
This was an internal 3D Animation project The Danse did for fun illustrating what 1 Trillion Dollars would look like if it were stacked in front of you in 100$ bills.

A fully CGI broadcast animation was created for Ringling Bros. Barnum and Bailey Circus for their 2012 “Dragons” attraction.

A fully CGI hummingbird was created for the 2007 Christian Slater film “He Was a Quiet Man”. This shot utilized a complex hair system for the feathers as well as a custom bird rig to manipulate the hummingbird.
CGI slides were created, rotoscoped and match-moved onto live action at broadcast quality for Lee Ehlers comedy short “Chutes and Ladders” and premiered on Funny or Die!
Various talking money articles were created, rigged and animated to voice clips for a broadcast spot for Henry Gill Communications
This was really a great use of augmented reality. This AR app was used at trade shows to help launch the TRIGEN SURESHOT System for Smith & Nephew. We were able to not only feature 3D representations of the new product, but other products that the system was designed to work with.

Two of the biggest hurdles to overcome when launching a new product in the medical device world, is adequately demonstrating the features and benefits of that product and then training the doctor/surgeon to use that new device properly. This application demonstrates how an interactive training simulation can put you ahead of your competitors AND ensure that your product is being used properly.
